Job Title: Insurance Manager
Experience : 3-8years
Location : New Delhi
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement the company’s insurance strategies and policies.
Evaluate and manage various types of insurance coverage, including property, liability, health, life, and business interruption.
Review insurance policies and endorsements to ensure adequacy of coverage.
Handle claims management, including filing, documentation, negotiation, and settlement.
Liaise with insurance brokers, underwriters, and third-party providers.
Analyze and assess risk exposure and recommend insurance solutions.
Ensure timely policy renewals and compliance with statutory requirements.
Monitor market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities in insurance procurement.
Prepare and present insurance reports to senior management.
Train and support internal departments on insurance procedures and risk mitigation.
