We are seeking a Chartered Accountant with 3+ years of post-qualification experience to lead monthly financial closures and statutory audits. The ideal candidate will come from a large organization with multi-entity exposure and will play a critical role in the preparation of IND AS financials and account consolidation.
Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual GL closures
Prepare standalone and consolidated IND AS financial statements
Coordinate and manage statutory and internal audits
Collaborate with business controllers to ensure timely and accurate financial closing
Manage expense tracking and general ledger (GL) hygiene
Drive automation and process improvements in financial reporting
Ensure effective internal stakeholder engagement across finance and business teams
Qualifications
Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory
Experience
3–6 years of post-qualification experience in business finance
Exposure to multi-entity consolidation in large organizations or Big 4 firms – Preferred
Skills
Strong expertise in consolidation, statutory audits, and IND AS
High ownership mindset with a process improvement orientation
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Comfortable working in dynamic, unstructured environments
Notice Period: Maximum 30 days
Industry Preference: Open, but candidates should come from large setups with multi-entity exposure
