Job Title: Chief Risk Officer (CRO)
Experience : 3-8 years
Location : New Delhi
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive risk management frameworks, policies, and procedures.
Identify, evaluate, and mitigate strategic, financial, operational, cyber, credit, and compliance risks.
Lead the organization’s Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) program.
Ensure the company complies with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Conduct regular risk assessments and present reports to senior management and the Board.
Monitor emerging risks and develop proactive strategies for mitigation.
Establish internal controls and ensure effective incident and crisis management processes.
Collaborate with other departments to promote a risk-aware culture.
Liaise with regulatory authorities, auditors, and external stakeholders on risk matters.
Lead risk training, awareness sessions, and business continuity planning.
