Key Responsibilities:

Assessment and Evaluation:

Implement assessment tools to evaluate program effectiveness.

Analyze feedback from students, faculty, and stakeholders to inform improvements.

Prepare reports on program outcomes and effectiveness.

Student Engagement and Support:

Develop strategies to enhance student engagement and retention.

Address student concerns and feedback regarding academic programs.

Collaborate with student services to support student success.

Faculty and Staff Coordination:

Serve as a liaison between faculty, administration, and students.

Provide support and guidance to faculty in program delivery and assessment.

Organize professional development opportunities for faculty and staff.

Budget Management:

Prepare and manage budgets for academic programs.

Allocate resources effectively to support program needs.

Monitor expenditures and ensure financial accountability.

Strategic Planning:

Participate in strategic planning initiatives to enhance program offerings.

Analyze data and trends to inform program development and improvement.

Develop long-term goals and objectives for academic programs.

Compliance and Accreditation:

Monitor and ensure compliance with accreditation standards and regulatory requirements.

Prepare documentation and reports for accreditation reviews and assessments.

Stay updated on changes in educational policies and standards.

Program Development and Management:

Design, implement, and assess academic programs and curricula.

Collaborate with faculty to develop course materials and learning outcomes.

Ensure programs are aligned with institutional mission and goals.
