Job Description: Corporate Trainer
Location - New Delhi
Experience - 3-8 years
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct training needs assessments and identify learning gaps.
Design and develop engaging training programs and materials.
Deliver classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training sessions.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback.
Collaborate with department heads to align training with business goals.
Monitor training budgets and resource utilization.
Update training content regularly to reflect organizational and industry changes.
Utilize learning management systems (LMS) for scheduling and tracking.
Coach and mentor employees to support individual development plans.
Maintain training records and generate performance reports.
