Key Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for all account-related inquiries and issues.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
Prepare and present account performance reports, including metrics and insights, to clients and internal stakeholders.
Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling additional services or products.
Conduct regular account reviews and strategy sessions with clients to assess performance and address any concerns.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide clients with relevant insights and recommendations.
Assist in the development of proposals and contracts for new business opportunities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while managing client accounts.
