Job Description: Performance and Automation Testing
Location - New Delhi
Experience - 3-8 years
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and execute automation test scripts using tools such as Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, or Cypress
Create, manage, and execute performance test plans using tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling
Analyze performance test results and identify bottlenecks, memory leaks, and system inefficiencies
Integrate test automation with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps)
Maintain and enhance the automated test frameworks to ensure continuous testing across builds and releases
Collaborate with the development team to understand application architecture and use cases
Create and maintain comprehensive test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and bug reports
Participate in code reviews, and ensure test coverage and quality standards are met
Ensure timely defect identification and resolution in coordination with development teams
