We are looking for a highly skilled Lead Data Architect and BI Specialist to lead the design and development of scalable data architecture and business intelligence solutions. This is a strategic role, ideal for someone with deep expertise in Snowflake, Salesforce CPQ, BI tools, and financial data models.
Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-level data architecture and solutions
Develop and manage data transformation processes within Snowflake, ensuring data accuracy and performance
Design and optimize Data Warehousing (DWH) and Business Intelligence (BI) architectures for advanced analytics
Work with Salesforce & CPQ data to support accurate reporting, reconciliation, and financial bookings
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to data engineers and analysts
Translate business requirements into scalable and efficient data models
Enforce best practices in data governance, management, and security
Deploy and manage BI tools: Tableau, Power BI, Sigma Computing, etc.
Keep up to date with industry trends in data architecture, BI tools, and cloud analytics
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
10+ years of proven experience in data architecture or data engineering
Deep hands-on expertise with Snowflake and transformation logic
Strong knowledge of DWH and BI architecture
Experience with Salesforce CPQ, revenue data, and financial reporting models
Proficiency in BI tools: Tableau, Power BI, Sigma Computing, etc.
Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Certifications in Snowflake or BI platforms
Experience leading data modernization or cloud migration projects
Exposure to working with global, cross-functional teams
