Job Description: Transfer Pricing Specialist
Location - New Delhi
Experience - 3-8 years
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and monitor transfer pricing policies and strategies.
Conduct functional, economic, and comparability analyses.
Prepare transfer pricing documentation and reports (Local File, Master File, Country-by-Country Reporting).
Ensure compliance with OECD guidelines and local tax laws.
Support tax audits and respond to transfer pricing-related inquiries from tax authorities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Tax, Legal, and Business Units.
Perform benchmarking studies using global databases (e.g., TP Catalyst, Orbis).
Evaluate and document intercompany transactions (tangible goods, intangibles, services, financing).
Provide guidance on pricing of intercompany agreements and advance pricing agreements (APAs).
Monitor and analyze changes in global transfer pricing regulations and assess their impact.
