Job Title: Financial Controller

Location : New Delhi

Experience : 2-5 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting: Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS).
• Budget Management: Develop and manage the annual budget, monitor performance against budget, and provide variance analysis.
• Forecasting: Conduct financial forecasting and modeling to support strategic planning and business growth.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations and standards.
• Audit Coordination: Coordinate and manage external audits, ensuring timely completion and resolution of any issues.
• Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow and liquidity to ensure the organization meets its financial obligations.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the accounting team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
• Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings or revenue enhancement.
• Internal Controls: Establish and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the accuracy of financial reporting.
• Stakeholder Communication: Communicate financial performance and insights to senior management and stakeholders.
