We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Store Manager to lead our fashion retail store. You will be responsible for ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, achieving sales targets, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and managing day-to-day store operations. The ideal candidate is passionate about fashion, has strong leadership skills, and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.
Drive store sales to achieve and exceed targets.
Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a customer-first culture.
Handle escalated customer issues effectively.
Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate store staff.
Schedule and delegate tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback.
Manage stock levels and make key decisions about stock control.
Ensure stock is received and stored accurately.
Minimize stock loss through proper security and inventory practices.
Maintain visual and brand standards across the store.
Implement seasonal layouts and product placement strategies.
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the store.
Track and analyze KPIs (sales, conversion rate, average transaction value, etc.).
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
Recommend and implement strategies to improve store performance.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion Management, Retail, or related field (preferred).
3–5 years of experience in fashion retail, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
Strong understanding of retail KPIs and sales principles.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with POS systems, MS Office, and inventory software.
Passion for fashion trends and styling.
