Job Title: Business Analyst – Mobile Applications
Experience: 3–4 years in mobile app projects
Location: Yelahanka, Bangalore

About the Role:

We’re looking for a sharp and proactive Business Analyst with hands-on experience in mobile app development. You’ll play a key role in translating business needs into powerful, user-centric mobile solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements & Research:

Gather and analyze business and user needs through interviews, workshops, and market research.
Define and document user journeys, app features, and functional specifications.

Documentation & Backlog Management:
Prepare BRDs, user stories, and maintain product backlogs.
Ensure development teams have clear and actionable tasks.
Wireframing & UX Collaboration:
Collaborate with design teams to create wireframes/mockups using Figma or similar tools.
Validate designs to meet business goals.

Agile Project Coordination:

Act as a bridge between stakeholders, designers, developers, and QA teams.
Support Scrum ceremonies—sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Testing & Delivery:

Drive UAT and ensure final deliverables align with requirements and user expectations.

Analytics & Optimization:

Define success metrics and analyze app performance using tools like Firebase or Mixpanel.

Recommend enhancements based on user feedback and analytics.

What We’re Looking For:

3–4 years of experience as a BA in mobile app projects.
Solid understanding of iOS, Android, and mobile app lifecycles.
Proficient in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Figma.
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.

Nice to Have:

Experience with mobile analytics platforms (e.g., Firebase, Mixpanel).
Familiarity with APIs and backend systems.
BA or Agile certifications (CBAP, CCBA, CSM, etc.)
