We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network Lead to oversee the design, implementation, management, and optimization of our organization’s network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will provide leadership to the networking team, ensure secure and efficient connectivity, and drive innovation in network technologies to support business growth.
Lead the planning, design, deployment, and maintenance of enterprise-wide network systems (LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, Firewalls, SD-WAN, etc.).
Manage and mentor the network engineering team, ensuring high performance and continuous learning.
Oversee network security practices, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and industry standards.
Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement proactive solutions to minimize downtime.
Collaborate with IT, security, cloud, and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless operations.
Evaluate new technologies and vendors, making recommendations for upgrades and improvements.
Develop and maintain network documentation, including architecture diagrams, processes, and SOPs.
Manage vendors, service providers, and network-related projects within budget and timelines.
Establish disaster recovery and business continuity strategies for network infrastructure.
Ensure high availability, scalability, and resilience of the organization’s network services.
