Job Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, handling inbound queries, promoting our products/services, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a friendly attitude, and the ability to meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calling:
- Make calls to potential customers to promote and sell products/services.
- Explain the features and benefits of products/services in a clear and persuasive manner.
Lead Generation:
- Identify and qualify leads based on customer requirements.
- Gather customer details and information for follow-ups and conversions.
Customer Support:
- Address inbound customer queries, resolve issues, and provide information about products/services.
- Assist customers with order placement, billing inquiries, or general inquiries.
Sales Conversion:
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets through effective calling techniques.
- Provide product recommendations to customers based on their needs.
Data Entry and Record Keeping:
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Update customer details, interactions, and sales status in the database.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
- Follow up with existing customers to encourage repeat business and customer retention.
Reporting:
- Report sales results and performance metrics to management.
- Suggest improvements to calling strategies and sales techniques.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
Experience:
- Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service (preferred, but not mandatory).
